Magnetic anisotropy in permalloy antidot square lattice

چکیده
Magnetic anisotropy of Permalloy (Py) antidot square lattice was investigated by torquemetry method using Rotation Magneto-Optic Kerr Effect (ROTMOKE). We find that there exists a field-dependent 4-fold magnetic with the easy magnetization axis along [11] lattice. In addition, also an artifact uniaxial in ROTMOKE result. show both results are due to period wiggling space which confirmed imaging transmission soft x-ray microscopy (MTXM). Micromagnetic simulation from MuMax3 supports structure magnetization, as well reproduces A simplified model developed based on periodic and successfully explored physical origin anisotropy.

Permalloy with a body-centered-cubic structure has been grown on GaAs(001) by molecular beam epitaxy. Its magnetism, Curie temperature, and magnetic anisotropy are determined experimentally and compared to those of conventional face-centered-cubic Permalloy. Unexpectedly the vanishing magnetic cubic anisotropy in Permalloy is found to be independent of its atomic structure but depends only upon...
متن کاملLow frequency noise and complex AC magnetoresistance in superconducting Pb/Ge with square antidot lattice
The low frequency voltage noise and complex AC voltage response to weakly modulated magnetic fields have been studied in a superconducting Pb film with a square lattice of antidots. The temperature was close to Tc and the DC magnetic field was changed between ±1.5 H1 with H1 1⁄4 9:2 Oe corresponding to one vortex per antidot. A narrow band noise near f 0:55 Hz has been observed which shows diff...
متن کاملMagnetic Properties in a Spin-1 Random Transverse Ising Model on Square Lattice
In this paper we investigate the effect of a random transverse field, distributed according to a trimodal distribution, on the phase diagram and magnetic properties of a two-dimensional lattice (square with z=4), ferromagnetic Ising system consisting of magnetic atoms with spin-1. This study is done using the effectivefield theory (EFT) with correlations method. The equations are derived using...
